Kirjasampo-service has made a list of historical novels for youngsters in 2017, which concentrates on books about Finnish history and only has titles published after 2000. It has some titles from authors like Maijaliisa Dieckmann and Leena Laulajainen, who have written several books on different periods of history even before that date.
Espoo city library librarians Hakala and Valtonen have made the included pdf-list of books about history this spring.
Hope she finds interesting reads from these!

There are 2 music rooms in the Music department that you can reserve. One of the rooms has a piano and the other one a baby grand piano and a harmonium. Any photo ID that s issued by police is enough when applying library card. Passport, ID card of any EU country (the one you linked), Finnish driving license and Kela card with photo are all valid. Here is the Helmet listing about valid ID:s.

Unfortunately Tuusula libraries do not have cameras or video cameras in their collection. You can search for all Finnish libraries' services in the national library directory https://hakemisto.kirjastot.fi/services. As all services might not be translated into English, you may have to search with the Finnish terms "kamera" or "videokamera". In Uusimaa the only library listed where you can borrow a video camera is Myllypuro Media Library in Helsinki. I found only one article called "The Reminiscences of Sir Muhammad Zafrulla Khan", in which at least one trip to Finland was mentioned. Sir Muhammad Zafrulla Khan visited Finland in 1913, and he went through all the lakes up to the north. He also shot rapids in Ulea river (Oulu-joki in Finnish). Courses in finnish are available at several institutions and Private enterprises. The adult education branch at Helsinki city is a good starting point.
After achieving a certain level you can ask about kieliharjoittelu, or language traineeship at the Helsinki or Espoo city library.
