I hope I understood your question right: your interest lies on 19th century litterature in generally and you are not looking for texts belonging to French literature only?
The best literature sites in French seem to concentrate on French or francophone literature. It could help me if you defined your question a bit. Are you interested in a special language area or a certain literary movement? What is the level of your studies?

In Finland registering for a public library card and borrowing materials from public libraries is free of charge. This is stated in the Library Act and Library Decree.

In Finland the delivery service is meant mainly for people who cannot visit library because of an illness or a disability. But we have a mobile library (buses) which brings library services close to schools. In Helsinki we have also buses in which there are books only for children. We have checked all the Finnish universal and regional library databases, but unfortunately we have not been able to locate any audiovisual material related to teamwork. It is possible to request material from libraries outside Finland. Ask your home library for help.
You can see the opening hours of Helsinki City Library in the library's webpages, http://www.lib.hel.fi/en-GB/kirjastot/. You can study on fridays in Library 10 until 6 pm. Also the meetingplace at Lasipalatsi is open until 6 pm. You can also see the addresses of these places in the webpages. The National Library is open on fridays until 8 pm. It is also situated in the center of the city, Unioninkatu 36, http://www.lib.helsinki.fi/ . Maby one of these places would be suitable.
This book can be found in Finland in the following two libraries for example: Jyväskylä University Library and Kuopio University Library. It would be best if you contact either of those libraries directly as they can offer you further assistance. The more common practice is to request an interlibrary loan through your local/school library. You may also inquire about their photocopying policies.

The term "yellow journalism" was derived from Robert Outcault's comic strip "The Yellow Kid" around 1895. The battling newspapers, Joseph Pulitzer's New York World and William Randolph Hearst's New York Journal, were both accused of sensationalizing the news. Both also published the Yellow Kid. The most northern library in Finland is Ohcejoga/Utsjoki library.
