Books from the Helmet libraries can only be returned to one of their own libraries. If you have not saved an email address to your library card, you can only reset your pin number in-person at the service counter of any Helmet library. If creating a new pincode is not working for other reasons, get in contact with the Helmet libraries directly. This is done by going to their website - Libraries and services | Helmet - and selecting a library, which provides the phone number and e-mail contact details for particular libraries within the Helmet network. They can further assist you on creating a new pin code and may be able to renew your loans remotely, provided they do not have reservations.
In order to find fiction about a given theme, consult any library catalogue you wish. In most library catalogues nowadays, the titles have been provided with ample description about the contents of the work in question. This means that you can choose your keywords fairly freely. Only bear in mind that such searches can never give a 100% result, due to the fact that it is impossible to catalogue every single aspect of e.g. a novel.
So, choose any library catalogue. I hope I understood your question right: your interest lies on 19th century litterature in generally and you are not looking for texts belonging to French literature only?
The best literature sites in French seem to concentrate on French or francophone literature. It could help me if you defined your question a bit. Are you interested in a special language area or a certain literary movement? What is the level of your studies?

Dear Ms. ..., I recommend you to check via http://www.kirjastot fi the database of your nearest library. Using the subject heading "suomen kieli kielikurssit" or "kielikurssit suomen kieli" you should see the availability of both books, cassette-courses and even cd-roms. The cassette-courses come in packages, which contain both the recordings and the books.

In case you find the magazine you are looking for, you can visit the library in question and photocopy the pages you are interested in.

In some swedish libraries it`s possible to download music and audio books onto mp3-players. Maybe in the near future it`s possible to offer language courses also.
The Lumo library in Korso has a book recycling point in the Lumo building's lobby.
The instructions are as follows:
"Recycling point for books brought in by customers. Bring up to five books at a time. You can take as many as you like."
There is also a book recycling point in the lobby of the Korso shopping centre (the one with the S-Market, a flower shop and others).
In addition to these, the capital area recycling centres often take books.
