Unfortunately Tuusula libraries do not have cameras or video cameras in their collection. You can search for all Finnish libraries' services in the national library directory https://hakemisto.kirjastot.fi/services. As all services might not be translated into English, you may have to search with the Finnish terms "kamera" or "videokamera". In Uusimaa the only library listed where you can borrow a video camera is Myllypuro Media Library in Helsinki. Documents older than 100 years are digitised by the National Archives of Finland.
For newer documents, you need to ask from the church registry from the right parish. The Geneological Society of Finland has tips on their website.

No, sorry, but you can't return books you borrowed from Espoo to Hämeenlinna. Espoo library belongs to Helmet libraries, and Hämeenlinna library to Vanamo libraries. You must return your loans from Espoo to Espoo or some other Helmet library. If you want to become a customer of Vanamo libraries, you need a new library card. You may obtain library card by presenting a photo ID at the service desk in any of the Vanamo libraries. Same card is valid in Hämeenlinna, Hattula, and Janakkala.
To obtain a Helmet library card and PIN code You must visit Yourself any Helmet library. So You can not get a library car by post or online.

E-books don't show in your reading history since the e-book services are not fully integrated to Helmet database. They will however keep you library card active, so there is no reason to worry about your card being cancelled. Logging into your Helmet account will keep your card active also.
It seems there is no public access to the budgets of individual libraries but they are easily revealed by asking the right person. Library Director of Oodi Anna-Maria Soininvaara told that they are using approximately 3 600 000 euros to the staff this year. For books, however, there is no separate budget because in Helsinki we have a so called floating collection. It means the whole collection is shared between all libraries and therefore there is a common budget for all material, except for magazines and newspapers. For those Oodi's budget is about 40 000 euros.

Kirjasampo-service has made a list of historical novels for youngsters in 2017, which concentrates on books about Finnish history and only has titles published after 2000. It has some titles from authors like Maijaliisa Dieckmann and Leena Laulajainen, who have written several books on different periods of history even before that date.
Espoo city library librarians Hakala and Valtonen have made the included pdf-list of books about history this spring.

Maybe you mean the rhyme "Tii tii tikanpoika", which is also sung. There are a few different versions of it. "Tikka" is a bird, a woodpecker, "tikanpoika" is a young woodpecker. "Nauris" is a turnip. "Paimenpoika" is a shepherd. Sometimes it is "talonpoika", a peasant, who eats the turnip.

To pay the fee online, go to helmet.fi. At the bottom of the page, you will find Pay online. Click it, then login with your library card number and PIN code. Select the outstanding payment on the list and click Proceed to payment.
Alternatively, you can pay the fee in your nearest Helmet library.
If you do not pick up the reserved book in time, the reservation is cancelled and the book is returned to its place. You can check the book's current status at helmet.fi and make a new reservation.
