You are asked to log in by entering your library number and your PIN code. Once you have done that, you can choose the library where you want to pick up your book. Do you mean latest library building built in Finland? I can´t name the latest but Helsinki University Library's City Centre Campus Library should be finished in the spring of 2012. The building will be named 'the Kaisa Building' after Kaisaniemi neighbourhood.
