I'm afraid I don't quite understand your question. What exactly do you mean by "academic resources" and "regulations"? If you mean the library collections of the Finnish university libraries and the right to use them, so basically they are open for everybody and it is also possible to request interlibrary loans from their collections, even to be sent abroad.

It seems that not. We could not find any references about that. We checked some databases: Fono, Suomen äänitearkisto, Viola. Although Harry Bergström (1910-1989) has several pseudonyms: Gerald Beach, Harold G Burgess, Leonard Fleuvemont, Sointu Karikas, Lenny, Jorge Monterio, Tintti-Kalle
And unfortunately we couldn't find any information about that whose pseudonym is Herbert Cornell.

We don’t have volunteers working in our libraries. Playing games by the library computers is usually allowable. Eating or drinking at the same time is not forbidden. It takes one to three days for a reserved book to go to an another Helmet library (Helsinki, Espoo, Vantaa or Kauniainen city library).

You could give those books to Pasila Library in Helsinki. In Pasila Library, we have Multilingual Library with books in many languages not usually found in Finnish libraries. Without seeing the titles, I can’t say if those books were suitable for your collection.

In Helmet-libraries no loans are due when libraries are closed.
