In june 2002 the Hanasaari Cultural Centre and the Helsinki City Library organized a conference titled A Space for the Future - Library Buildings in the 21st Century.
I'm currently working on an architectural assignment for a new library complex, and am really curious about the different lectures and discussions that have taken place during this conference. I already found the website that was founded for this conference, www.aula.cc/projects/futurelibrary/, but I don't seem to be able to find any tekst about the actual content of the conference. I wonder if you can help me with some information, maybe there is even a publication written about it?

You can find the programme and most of the proceedings in the conference webpages, published in the new webpages of Helsinki City library, http://www.lib.hel.fi/Page/73a56460-0868-4da8-a666-2866bcc2cd7b.aspx . I wonder if you are familiar with the material of the IFLA satellite meeting in Järvenpää, Finland in th year 2005? The proceedings can be found here, http://www.fla.fi/PHYSICALvsVIRTUAL05/ .
