Welcome to Finland and to the library! You can get a library card in in your nearest library, take an id-card with you. Hyvinkää libary has an application available in the Internet, but it is in Finnish, http://www.hyvinkaa.fi/Tiedostot/Kirjasto/PDF/Ilmott.lomakev2suom[1].pdf , so it might no be of any use to you.
