Is there a library or libraries in Finland (public city library, school, high-school or university library) or any association that would be interested in receiving a book collection in Finnish that I am giving ?

Your collection looks really good.
I suspect that public libraries in big cities are not interested.
You could ask National Repository Library. Link Varastokirjasto.
