Helsinki Metropolitan Area Libraries (Helmet) holds its position as number 8 on the top 10 list of most appreciated online brands of 2020 in Finland. In a research conducted by a Finnish market research company Taloustutkimus, Helmet libraries comes 8th for the second year in a row leaving brands like Gmail and the Finnish Tax Administration behind. The most appreciated online brand in 2020 is YLE Areena, which is the online streaming service of the Finnish national broadcasting company Yleisradio (YLE).
The Helmet network consists of the city libraries of Helsinki, Espoo, Kauniainen, and Vantaa.
