Touring of universe through binoculars: a complete astronomer’s guidebook by Philip S. Harrington isn’t available in any public library. Oulu University Library is the only library which has the book at the moment. If you need the book you could have it through interlibrary lending, a service which you can ask for in any public library. If you live in Helsinki the cost of ordering the book from Oulu is five marks.

There are several books of astronomy in English in the Helsinki metropolitan area. You can use the Plussa bibliographic database (http://www.libplussa.fi/#en) . Search for titles where the subject heading is astronomy and display material in English. When searching you have to use the Finnish word "tähtitiede" for astronomy because the subject headings are mostly in Finnish.
The University of Helsinki also has an Observatory Library (http://www.astro.helsinki.fi/library/), which is situated in Tähtitorninmäki.
