Miten kuuluu suomeksi (kenen tahansa suomentamana) seuraava lainaus Shakespearen Hamletista (2. näytös, 2. kohtaus; Hamlet puhuu Ofelialle):
“Doubt thou the stars are fire;

Doubt truth to be a liar;
But never doubt I love.”

Paavo Cajanderin suomennoksessa vuodelta 1879 tämä sitaatti Hamletin kirjeestä kuuluu näin:
