Unfortunately, libraries do not have closed spaces suitable for dancing. (We will be happy to take performances on our stages when Covid is over.)
The facilities in Varaamo are for musicians and singers.

You can reserve material either at the library or in Your record at www.helmet.fi. To make a request Yourself You need to have a PIN code. You will receive a notice concerning reservations ready for picking up by a letter or email, or by ordering a text message subject to a charge.
If You don't have yet a personal Helmet library card, You can get at any Helmet library or mobile library

Booking is free from Helmet Library collections.
Can choose pickup and return site freely.
Also returning to another city is free if the material is owned by the Helmet Library.

You can book Library 10 Group Room in the same place where you can reserve computers. Max. time for reservation is 4 hours.
Go to Helmet mainpage and choose "Book a computer" http://www.helmet.fi/en-US
There you can find text “Book a computer or a workspace”

Choose a library > Library 10. Select a page item “Show information”, so you can see that number 40 is Group Room and max. time for reservation is 4 hours.
At Library 10 website click workspaces so you can see Group Room 40 and make reservation.

The mobile library Helsinki has two buses: Skidi and Stara. The buses has in all 35 bus stops in Helsinki. You can make reservations through Helmet: http://www.helmet.fi/en-US
When selected a mobile library for collection, your reserved material will be available for you at the mobile library stop on two subsequent dates.
When making a reservation select a mobile library as your library from the dropdown menu and type the name of the bus stop.

Yes, you can pay the reservation fee later, if your overall fees do not exceed 8 euros.
