Taskukirjasto (Pocket Library) is a mobile application for customers of the Helmet library. Taskukirjasto does not replace plastic library card but can be used alongside it. Taskukirjasto has your library card's bar code. Taskukirjasto application is free of charge and available for Android and iOS mobile devices. You can download Taskukirjasto from app stores.
This year Helmet libraries are renewing their online and mobile services. Taskukirjasto app can be used until a new system replaces it.

It is best to get directly in contact with the library that the SD card belongs to. Assuming it was borrowed from one of the Helmet libraries you could contact their customer service through their website or bring the SD card to the library from which it was borrowed in person. To find the contact details for your own library, if it is part of the Helmet group, go to this website Libraries and services | Helmet and choose your library, which will give you the contact details for that particular location. |

You must first renew or return the loans.
Only then will you be able to pay the accrued fines.
You can also renew your loans by telephone. Instead of a card number, you can use your social security number.
If the books are reserved, they can not be renewed. |
