You can read The Economist in digital format in the National Library of Finland. The library's address is Unioninkatu 36 and it is open for everyone. You need a temporarily ID, which entitles you to use the e-materials in the library. You can get the IDs from the library's customer service. The customer service is open from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. There are no customer workstations in the library and you have to use your own laptop. Please, take your id-card with you.

The problem for you here might be that all library materials, objects included, are catalogued in the Helmet database in Finnish. If you use the Helmet search for finding objects, choose Advanced search, type * (i.e. one asterisk, meaning "all") in the search field, and choose "Object" from the dropdown menu for Format. You can borrow skates in some libraries in Helsinki and Espoo. You find those libraries if you make in Helmet a search by the word luistimet and the refine the search result by format object.
In Helsinki there are skates in Pukinmäki, Herttoniemi, Jakomäki, Tapulikaupunki and Vuosaari Libraries. It is not possible to reserve the skates, so You can check the availability in Helmet.

In Finland municipalities are not obligated to have school libraries. Most schools have a library although they may be outdated and have a rather modest collection. Many schools cooperate with the public library. Some municipalities have their own information literacy curriculum which schools and libraries have compiled together. Accordingly to the National Core Curriculum for Basic Education organizations like museums, sport facilities, art centra, public libraries are seen as learning environments.

Unfortunately there are no workstations with AutoCAD available in Helmet libraries. The new central library Oodi will provide some 3D modelling software when their makerspace facilities open, but apparently AutoCAD will no be included. However, Aalto Fablab, at Aalto University in Otaniemi, Espoo, provides CAD workstations with AutoDesk Fusion 360 and other software.
