Hi,

I received messages, which says that I have overdue books on my account, but I have given them back more than 1,5-2 years ago.

I have given back these books to following libraries: Koivukylän kirjasto, 1 Elielinaukio Helsinki(I can't find the name of the library, but it is located on the given adress),Rikhardinkatu Library,Tikkurila Library. I don't remember which one book went where, because it was long time ago.

You have returned all the mentioned books but You have returned them late and so You have some fees to pay. You can pay them in online, if You have PIN code to Your library card.

In case You have forgotten Your PIN code You can request a new PIN if You have given us Your e-mail adress.

If You don't have the PIN code You can pay the fees in any Helmet Library.

Samainen Helsingin kirjaston tietopalvelu vastasi samalla viikolla englanniksi tässä samassa palvelussa, mutta kirjoitti you-sanan niin kuin se meille ikääntyville opetettiin koulussa.

Mistä teille on nyt saatu ohje, joka panee kirjoittamaan Silmään Pistävällä Tavalla "but You have", "so You have", "if You have -- to Your library" etc.?

Aihetta käsiteltiin monen vastaajan voimin maaliskuussa 2015 (täydentäviä puheenvuoroja myöhemminkin ketjussa) teidän samojen helsinkiläisten kirjastotietäjien Kysy.fi-palvelussa. Kysymys alkoi "Milloin You muuttui pienelle". Miten asia on muuttunut sittemmin ja missä uudet ohjeet ovat kaiken kansan luettavissa?
