This question addresses to the webmaster. Good morning, I am trying to find a kantele music heard years ago on the internet. Timo Väänänen plays "Mid the hills… 1539 The site Virtual Finland has changed and it's called thisisFinland now http://finland.fi/public/ . The links referring the the old Virtual Finland are broken. Unfortunately a great part of the old contents have disappeared. I tried to locate the Kantele recording of "Karjalan kunnailla" by Timo Väänänen on Internet, but i found only information about the records by Timo Väänänen. This piece was'nt on his reocrds. We borrowed a disc from the library (code: 30091034533656) and brought it to our summer cottage in Loppi to watch. Our DVD player display shows the message… 938 Certainly our DVD "Risto Räppääjä" should be possible to play anywhere, not only in Helsinki. If you tried to play the disc in the right device (DVD player), then I cannot tell, what is the problem. The disc is quite new, but of course you can try to wipe the disc only with a cotton cloth (without water or any cleaner). Or then there is some problem with your player maybe - you can try, if it plays some other DVDs.
